Summary of Enterprise Commitments
Datatoc runs on your enterprise infrastructure. You maintain 100% ownership of your workspace data, models, and generated scripts. We do not sell your data or use your customer inputs to train public AI models.
1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or accessing Datatoc software, APIs, or enterprise services, your organization ("Customer") agrees to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Enterprise Architecture & Data Isolation
Datatoc is built for enterprise privacy and zero trust compliance:
- Local & Infrastructure Perimeter: Customer data processed in Datatoc remains within your authorized client devices and enterprise cloud tenant (e.g. Microsoft Azure subscription).
- No Public Model Training: Neither Datatoc nor its underlying cloud AI model providers store or use Customer workspace files, queries, or results to train foundational models.
- Identity Governance: Access is controlled strictly via your organization's Microsoft Entra ID or approved Single Sign-On (SSO) identity provider.
3. Customer Workspaces & Data Ownership
Customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to all data, files, schemas, queries, and reusable script pipelines ("Standard Analyses") created within Datatoc workspaces. Customer is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated insights prior to business deployment.
4. Security & Compliance Standards
Datatoc maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance controls, end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, and AES-256 bit encryption for persistent configuration state. Customers are responsible for managing access roles inside their Enterprise Admin Portal.
5. Service Levels & Support
Support for Customer-managed and dedicated enterprise deployments is governed by the applicable Enterprise License Agreement (ELA). Routine maintenance and critical security updates are distributed through official channels.
6. Termination & Data Portability
Customer may cease using Datatoc at any time. Because workspace files and Standard Analyses are stored locally or within Customer's cloud perimeter, Customer retains full access to all workspace assets upon termination.
